What You'll Do✅ Support HR systems and digital solutions that manage employee information and HR processes.✅ Perform system audits, data validation, and mass updates to ensure data integrity.✅ Troubleshoot HR system issues and collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement effective solutions.✅ Analyze data flows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.✅ Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business decision-making.✅ Maintain system documentation, procedures, and user guidelines.✅ Support HRIS projects, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For✔ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.✔ Experience with HRIS platforms, data management, reporting, or business systems.✔ Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.✔ Experience with SQL Server, Business Intelligence, or data analytics tools.✔ Power BI experience is a plus.✔ Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or UKG is highly desirable.✔ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
