Clear Edge has partnered with a fast-growing international business preparing to launch its first site in Moreno, Argentina. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Manager / HR Business Partner to build and lead the local HR function from the ground up.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in high-growth environments, can operate hands-on and has experience establishing HR processes and practices.
The RoleAs the key HR contact for the new Argentina operation, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through to employee relations, HR operations, compensation and benefits. Working closely with local leadership, you will build teams, establish HR processes, ensure compliance and help create a strong employee culture as the studio grows.
Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish the HR function, processes and practices for the new studio.Lead talent acquisition and the full recruitment lifecycle.Partner with leadership on employee relations, organisational development and workforce planning.Oversee HR operations, payroll and compensation & benefits.Ensure compliance with Argentine labour legislation and HR best practice.Provide trusted HR advice and support to stakeholders at all levels.Support organisational growth, change and the development of a high-performing team.Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including employee and union representatives where relevant.
What We're Looking For7+ years' HR experience, ideally as an HRBP, HR Manager or similar.Strong knowledge of Argentine labour legislation and local HR practices.Experience across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compensation & benefits and organisational development.Proven ability to build HR processes and structures from the ground up.Commercial and strategic mindset with a willingness to remain hands-on.Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised, resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced computer literacy.Advanced English (C1 level).Tenacious, proactive and confident in overcoming challenges.
