Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day Human Resources function for the company in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

The role partners with SD Concerts leadership and employees, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and delivery of HR programs and practices. It combines strategic work with day-to-day HR support for a growing live entertainment business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Human Resources partner to SD Concerts leadership and employees, providing practical, business-focused guidance and developing people strategies that support the company’s objectives, organizational needs, and continued growth.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, HR administration, labor compliance, organizational development, and employee engagement.
