RAW Resourcing is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established shipping company based in Panama.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the company's HR function, supporting business growth while driving best practice across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organisational development.
Responsibilities🔱 Lead and manage all HR operations across the business🔱 Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on people strategy🔱 Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives🔱 Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters🔱 Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and HR best practices🔱 Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives🔱 Support organisational growth and foster a positive workplace culture
Requirements⚓ 5+ years' experience as an HR Manager⚓ Previous experience working within the shipping or maritime industry is essential⚓ Fluent in both Spanish and English⚓ Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment legislation, and employee relations⚓ Experience working closely with senior leadership and executive management⚓ Willing to relocate and live in Panama⚓ Available to start immediately or within a short notice period
