Key Responsibilities• HR Architecture: Design, build, and scale a comprehensive local HR ecosystem from the ground up, encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, and core HR operations.• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all workplace practices, corporate policies, and employment contracts strictly align with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and local tax requirements.
Policy Localization:Adapt and execute global HR strategies and corporate culture initiatives to fit the Mexican cultural and legal framework.Talent & Team Building: Partner with business leaders and external recruitment agencies to drive local talent mapping, hiring pipelines, and organizational growth.
