Human Resources Officer

Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management (BSBA-HRDM), Business Administration, or any related courses.
- In-depth knowledge and application of the Labor Code of the Philippines. With familiarity in labor compliance and reporting requirements of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
- Experience in HR policy development, workforce management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor relations
- At least 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Job Overview:
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
