Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing: Connect with prospective talent across multiple channels, databases, and professional networks to build candidate pipelines.Outreach & Screening: Conduct outbound telephone calls and candidate pre-screenings in advanced English to evaluate role fit.Pipeline Coordination: Manage multiple candidate interactions simultaneously, keeping applicants engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
What You Bring (Requirements)Professional Background: At least 2+ years of recent experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting function.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable making high-volume candidate calls, using ATS systems, and leveraging digital sourcing channels.Language & Communication: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills.Location: Must currently reside in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic at the time of application.
