As our company continues to grow, we are seeking skilled, motivated, and customer-focused HVAC Technicians to join our team. 🎯 Position Overview As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will work directly with customers, diagnose system issues, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and regulations. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including ductwork Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing systems Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend effective solutions Ensure all work meets safety standards, local codes, and regulations Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and materials used Communicate clearly with clients regarding system issues, repair costs, and maintenance needs Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow workplace safety guidelines Inspect systems before and after maintenance or repairs Stay up to date with the latest HVAC technology, tools, and industry trends Participate in training programs and workshops as required Join WiserAire and contribute to energy-efficient solutions that make a difference in Winnipeg’s homes and businesses.
