This part-time role offers a dynamic work environment where you will support administrative and marketing operations to help grow our company and enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications efficiently. Marketing Assistance: Develop and execute marketing strategies including social media campaigns and email marketing. Customer Support: Handle inquiries across multiple channels ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Digital Organization: Maintain and organize digital files to keep information current and accessible. Team Collaboration: Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and improve workflows with team members. Performance Monitoring: Track marketing metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Technology Utilization: Use software tools like MS Office and Google Workspace to boost productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in administration, marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role highly desirable. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
