The specialist will drive the design, deployment, adoption and evolution of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities, ensuring secure, automated, and compliant access management across the enterprise.Requirements:- Proven hands-on experience implementing SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud).- Experience integrating IGA platforms with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, and provisioning connectors.- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST).- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end implementation and evolution of the SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud solution.- Design and configure integration with SAP SuccessFactors to enable HR-driven identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes).- Define and implement access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align governance processes with compliance frameworks.- Ensure the solution supports audit, regulatory, and internal security requirements.Additional Comments:- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.- Adaptability and proactive, results-oriented approach.- Advanced English (B2/C1) — required for global collaboration and documentation.
