IAM Program / Project Manager

About the role

Aptimized is seeking an experienced IAM Program / Project Manager to lead a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation initiative. The role covers end-to-end identity migration delivery, governance activities, executive stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-wide cutover planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM transformation and migration programs from initiation through successful completion.
• Manage identity migration efforts, preferably involving Okta to Microsoft Entra ID transitions.
• Own and coordinate large-scale cutover activities impacting 6,000+ users.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including RAID management, executive status reporting, steering committee presentations, change control processes, and program dashboards and metrics.
• Serve as the primary interface to executive stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Manage fixed-price Statements of Work (SOWs), milestones, deliverables, and financial tracking.
• Oversee SOW closeout activities and transition planning between program phases.
• Coordinate efforts across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, HR, Service Desk, Identity Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
• Drive communication, change management, and organizational readiness activities.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and remove delivery roadblocks.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of Program and Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT initiatives.
• Proven experience leading Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs.
