We're Hiring: iGaming Marketing Manager | Honduras 🇭🇳

We're looking for a results-driven iGaming Marketing Manager with experience in player acquisition, CRM, affiliate marketing, retention, and digital campaigns. If you're passionate about performance marketing and know how to grow player revenue, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do✅ Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new players and increase deposits.✅ Manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels.✅ Oversee CRM marketing including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and promotional campaigns.✅ Build and manage affiliate and influencer partnerships.✅ Create player retention and VIP loyalty initiatives.✅ Analyze campaign performance and optimize KPIs including:First Time Deposits (FTDs)CPAROASPlayer RetentionCustomer Lifetime Value (LTV)Revenue Growth✅ Work closely with Product, VIP, CRM, Customer Support, Compliance, and Design teams.
Qualifications✔️ 3+ years of experience in iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, or Affiliate Marketing✔️ Strong knowledge of digital marketing and performance advertising✔️ Experience with CRM and player lifecycle marketing✔️ Excellent analytical and communication skills✔️ Fluent in English (Spanish is a major plus)
