Immigration Supervisor

📢 We’re Hiring: Immigration SupervisorTech Americas is looking for an experienced Immigration Supervisor to lead and support a team handling U.S. immigration cases.
📍 Position: Immigration Supervisor🏢 Work Modality: On-site🕒 Schedule: Availability between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including two Saturdays per month
What You’ll Do:Lead, coach, and support immigration legal teams.Conduct performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and one-on-one meetings.Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and team performance.Provide guidance on case-related questions and escalations.Oversee immigration processes involving U Visas, FOIA requests, I-130 petitions, and police report documentation.Review immigration forms and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.Ensure proper case follow-up and timely processing.
What We’re Looking For:Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.Experience working in a U.S. immigration law firm.Strong knowledge of U Visa cases, FOIA requests, I-130 petitions, and/or police reports.Experience completing and reviewing immigration forms and supporting documentation.Advanced English proficiency.Strong coaching, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Availability to work two Saturdays per month.
