Implementation Consultant

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for two Implementation Consultants (General Ledger) to join the team full-time at one of our largest HCM clients remotely in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the implementation team and representing the General Ledger module throughout the end-to-end implementation lifecycle. The person will conduct the following activities:
- Manage all aspects of the GL implementation process, which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, guided configuration, unit and integration testing, training, and full deployment- Apply functional and technical expertise to effectively execute requirements- Partner with client project managers and executives throughout the implementation- Engage specific client contacts, such as Controllers, Accountants, and Financial Officers, to complete analysis of client-specific GL posting requirements- Consult and advise clients through the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment- Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external clients, and third parties to ensure a successful delivery- Effectively manage multiple projects and clients at the same time with multiple competing priorities, and to coach others to work effectively
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Accounting- 5+ years of software implementation experience, with a focus on accounting preferred- Practical knowledge of accounting and payroll, production environment, and implementation practices- Experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment with a focus on HCM.- Specific experience with Payroll modules within Workday, Ultimate, Lawson, or ADP is strongly desired.- Ability to manage multiple client priorities and meet deadlines- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills- Experience documenting requirements, issues, and outcomes- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Compensation:Salary range: 479,200 – 720,800 MXN /year + 10% SIP Bonus Benefits - unlimited PTO, parental leave, medical coverage, monthly meal voucher, tuition reimbursement
Role will be located remotely in Mexico working 8-5pm local time
