You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementations, from the initial setup to training and support, ensuring a smooth transition and a quality experience. Main Responsibilities✅ Configure and launch the software for new clients.✅ Train end users and provide support during the implementation process.✅ Document issues and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.✅ Report on the status of implementations and pending tasks.✅ Client visits (availability for onsite trips required). Required Profile✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or software implementation is MANDATORY. Experience with accounting or hotel software is a plus.✅ Communication skills and customer-oriented.✅ Conversational English (REQUIRED).✅ Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing, video calls, and documentation.
