About the role
Veevart builds technology that helps museums and cultural institutions create better experiences for their communities. Powered by Salesforce, its platform brings together ticketing, fundraising, memberships, retail, and collections.
As an Implementation Executive, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations, managing timelines and stakeholders while working with clients and internal teams to configure, deliver, and test the Veevart platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation journey.
- Run discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Configure and adapt the Veevart platform to match client requirements.
- Manage timelines, risks, communication, and documentation.
- Train clients to use the platform confidently.
- Identify and solve challenges proactively.
- Use AI tools to improve implementation workflows, data handling, and client outcomes.
- Contribute ideas to improve implementation and team scaling.
