TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds.
Role Overview
The Implementation Specialist plays a key execution role in the successful onboarding and implementation of clients, ensuring seamless platform setup, integrations, testing, and go-live.
This position focuses on hands-on execution, coordination, client communication, platform configuration, and process consistency throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Mission & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of clients, ensuring a smooth, timely, and high-quality experience from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.
Client Onboarding & Implementation
Lead the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.Ensure a smooth, timely, and high-quality onboarding experience for clients.Define timelines, milestones, and delivery plans while managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Product, IT, Marketing, Digital, Sales, and external partners to ensure seamless execution across all stages of implementation.Act as the main point of contact for clients during implementation, managing expectations, providing guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.
Platform Configuration & Integrations
Configure the platform according to client needs, including booking engines, distribution channels, and system setup.Coordinate and validate integrations with PMS, channel managers, payment providers, and other platforms.Ensure accurate data flow, system performance, and functionality.
Testing & Go-Live
Conduct implementation testing and QA across booking flows, reservations, pricing logic, and integrations.Identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure a successful and issue-free launch.Monitor performance after launch and support a stable transition to ongoing operations.
Training & Documentation
Train clients on platform usage and best practices.Create clear documentation and onboarding materials.Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform and implementation processes.
