Implementation Specialist

Job Duties and Responsibilities:Lead multiple implementation projects with defined timelines for clients via phone, email, and web-based contact channels. Projects are typically multi-phase, including analysis, configuration, training, testing, and support.Thoroughly track, organize, document, and communicate all product implementation-related activities for each client.Act as a liaison between various parties for projects involving multiple product offerings or interfaces for Fiserv and third-party vendors.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Fiserv products and services, staying current with relevant industry trends and best practices.Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned products, including resolving small to moderately complex product and/or technical issues.Guide clients through setup, testing, and procedures, including conducting training sessions and client presentations.Assist with the documentation and review of implementation procedures.Provide reporting to senior-level management and manage projects and time tracking within Clarity.Respond to occasional requests for additional off-hour work.Basic qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or 1+ years of experience in related areasExperience managing client expectations and delivering client-ready communications, including conducting meetings and presentationsExperience managing project deliverables and keeping clients and internal partners on trackExperience implementing products with external customers across different geographiesProficient in core computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Office, SharePoint, Windows basics)Ability to operate independently with minimal management guidanceFinancial industry experience, particularly with banks, savings and loans, and credit unions
Preferred qualifications:Ability to handle several projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal/written English communication.Excellent interpersonal skills.Advanced English Level (90% or C1 equivalent) Qualifications.
