Customer Intelligence Inc. is looking for a Junior Implementation Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Mexico (hybrid), supporting key clients in the financial industry for Mastercard.
📋 Position details:→ Hybrid work model (on-site at Mastercard)→ Independent contractor scheme (professional services agreement)→ Start date: October/November→ Initial contract duration: 12 months, with high probability of renewal
📌 What you'll do:→ Lead end-to-end implementation projects for electronic payment processing→ Conduct system impact analysis and customer needs assessments→ Oversee customer testing and ensure quality of integrations→ Advise clients' technical teams and ensure product compliance→ Collaborate with senior and executive stakeholders across the region
🎓 What we're looking for:→ 3–5 years of experience in project management or technical implementation→ Knowledge of payment processing systems, APIs (Java / open languages), and network services→ Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual)→ Experience in IT systems, development methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership
