This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading multinational company, where you will play a key role in coordinating and managing international import and export operations.This position combines administrative and operational responsibilities, ensuring the smooth flow of goods across borders while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics and Multimodal Transportation, Maritime and Port Operations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Import & Export positions.Hands-on experience managing and validating customs documentation, including import and export declarations.Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor end-to-end import and export shipments (air, ocean, and ground transportation), ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and service requirements.Oversee daily logistics activities with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication among all stakeholders.Maintain ongoing communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transportation providers, international suppliers, and manufacturing facilities.Prepare, review, and validate international trade documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Customs Declarations, and other related documents.Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including Incoterms 2020, customs requirements, and export control regulations.Coordinate special shipments such as warranty claims, returns, CORE programs, repairs, temporary imports, and urgent shipments.Manage and maintain records of inventory movements within the operational area, including receipts, dispatches, and transfers.Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics and international trade processes.
