Key Responsibilities Prepare and process import and export documentation ensuring full compliance with customs regulations. Coordinate shipment scheduling and tracking with freight forwarders and shipping companies. Maintain organized records of all import/export transactions and communications. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping and customs clearance issues. Assist in troubleshooting customs delays and problems efficiently. Monitor shipment schedules to guarantee timely delivery of goods. Provide detailed reports on import/export activities and shipping costs to management. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; further education in logistics or related fields preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for managing documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients and suppliers. Proven problem-solving skills and effective time management. Proficiency in standard office software; knowledge of import/export software is a plus. 1-2 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or similar roles preferred.
