In-Person Content Operator Bitely is seeking a dynamic In-Person Content Operator to join our Miami, FL headquarters team. This full-time role focuses on creating engaging short-form social media content that highlights our physical products, founder insights, and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Shoot behind-the-scenes, user-generated content (UGC) style, and storytelling videos both in-office and on-location. Record product demonstrations, customer interactions, and concise founder interviews. Capture packaging, shipping, production processes, and daily team activities like a mini documentary. Edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts or collaborate with editors to ensure fast execution. Publish content rapidly and iterate based on performance metrics; volume and speed are essential. Research competitors’ viral content to reverse-engineer effective hooks and trends. Set up basic lighting and audio equipment, using phones or cameras to produce high-quality content. Qualifications: Proven experience in content creation and management. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. This is an on-site position based in Miami, FL. Remote work is not available.
