SVRx Consulting is seeking an experienced, fully bilingual Independent Consultant – Patient Access & Healthcare Operations to collaborate with our team on current and upcoming projects across Puerto Rico and the United States.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from planning through execution—helping develop processes, coordinate resources, supervise project teams, and ensure deliverables and operational objectives are carried through to completion.
What we’re looking for:• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills• Experience developing and implementing workflows and operational processes• Ability to coordinate and supervise project teams and keep initiatives moving• Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability• Strong initiative and ability to work independently• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish• Ability to work remotely and on-site, depending on project needs• Availability to begin supporting projects in the near term
Healthcare experience is important, particularly in one or more of the following areas:• Patient access and patient navigation• Specialty pharmacy or pharmacy operations• Health plan or PBM operations• Coverage determinations, prior authorizations, and appeals• Reimbursement and access-related healthcare programs
A pharmacist or other healthcare professional would be an excellent fit; however, we’re most interested in someone with the right combination of healthcare experience, operational expertise, leadership, and ability to execute.
This is an independent consulting/professional services opportunity, with the potential to support multiple SVRx projects as our portfolio continues to grow.
