To support our rapid scaling and increasing volume, we are currently looking to onboard 10–15 professional Owner-Operators for dedicated, high-capacity courier routes. As we expand our footprint, we seek reliable partners committed to consistent, high-quality service. Padilo Logistics LLC provides comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure our partnerships are organized, efficient, and seamless. Route Details & Service Areas Primary Hubs: Los Angeles and San Diego. Expansion Regions: Growing presence in Ventura County and Orange County. Flexibility: Diverse opportunities for consistent local and regional assignments. Vehicle Requirements All partners must own and operate a well-maintained, reliable vehicle. Accepted vehicle types include: Cargo Vans & Sprinter Vans SUVs Box Trucks Large Sedans suitable for professional courier tasks Qualifications & Requirements Ownership: Must own or lease a vehicle appropriate for courier logistics. Documentation: Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance (Commercial or Personal) required. Compliance: Ability to provide a W-9 and maintain a clean driving record. Certification: TSA Certification is a significant plus (please specify your status when applying). Professionalism: Proven ability to adhere to strict timelines and follow detailed SOPs.
