Indirect Buyer

Your Role:

We are seeking an Indirect Buyer responsible for sourcing and purchasing MRO materials, services, and non-production requirements while creating value through competitive sourcing and supplier management.

Our Team:

You will work closely with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations, Finance, EHS, and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of indirect goods and services.

What You Will Do:

Manage procurement of MRO materials and indirect servicesExecute sourcing activities including RFQs and supplier evaluationsNegotiate pricing, terms, and service agreementsManage PR-to-PO conversion and supplier follow-upSupport contracts, NDAs, and compliance requirementsMonitor supplier performance and riskDrive cost optimization initiativesImplement continuous improvement activities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree3+ years of experience in purchasing or procurementConversational EnglishExperience sourcing MRO products and servicesSAP or ERP experience
