Indirect Buyer Sr

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience in indirect purchasing and tendering/bidding processes.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• SAP and Excel proficiency.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and results-oriented skills.

Responsibilities
• Define and execute purchasing strategies for indirect materials and services, focused on cost reduction, supplier performance, and risk management.
• Lead RFP, RfB, bidding and tendering processes, including supplier identification, quotation analysis, negotiation, evaluation, and selection.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, LTAs, pricing, Incoterms, and payment terms.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Drive cost reduction and VAVE initiatives.
• Monitor PV/P/M/CIP and implement cost improvement actions.
• Manage supplier selection, sourcing, and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure accountablity for purchasing results and cost savings.
