Quality Manager Industrial Engineer in Mosquera, Colombia

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with strong leadership skills to maintain and implement Integrated Management Systems focused on Quality. You will lead efforts to ensure excellence in our products and services by supervising and coordinating all quality-related activities across the organization. Key Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as Quality Manager or similar role in the manufacturing sector. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. Extensive knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc. Proven ability managing non-conforming products and quality factors in production plants. Experience conducting internal audits and managing non-conformities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with collaboration skills across departments. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to meet standards. Supervise and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Conduct internal audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure protocol adherence. Resolve quality issues and manage non-conformities per established procedures. Provide training and guidance on quality best practices to employees. Collaborate with other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions. Location: Mosquera, Cundinamarca, Colombia.
