We need a Spanish‑speaking Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) Senior Application Support Consultant based in Mexico with strong experience in ERP AMS support, manufacturing modules, and technical customization.
The role focuses on:L2/L3 support for SyteLine ERPCustom development using Infor Mongoose, IDOs, forms, event handlersSQL Server scripting (T‑SQL, stored procedures, triggers)ERP integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)Reporting (SSRS, SSIS, Birst)Manufacturing ERP processes (MRP, Inventory, Production, Procurement, Order Mgmt)Version upgrades (v8 → v9 → v10)Incident resolution, RCA, enhancements, data correctionsMonitoring interfaces, batch jobs, integrationsWorking with business users + technical teamsSLA‑driven AMS environment
