We are looking for an IT BP to take full ownership of the local IT function in Peru, responsible for enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, and the execution of Midea Global IT standards. This role serves as the primary liaison between local business teams, Regional IT, and Midea HQ, ensuring secure, standardized, and efficient IT operations while enabling business growth.
Position OverviewWe are looking for anIT Business Partner to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance systems in Peru.This role will act as a key bridge between business and IT, ensuring the successful delivery, stability, and optimization of systems such as ERP and WMS while collaborating closely with regional IT team and Midea HQ team.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Applications & Business SystemsLead the implementation, enhancement, and daily support of Midea enterprise applications, including ERP (IBOS & Oracle EBS), Supply Chain (WMS), Finance and other corporate systems.Serve as the primary IT business partner for all local departments, including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, After Sales, HR.Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).Coordinate with Midea HQ teams to design solutions, resolve system issues, and ensure successful system delivery.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and go-live activities.Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support by troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with HQ teams, and ensuring timely issue resolution.Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
IT Infrastructure & End User SupportEnsure all local IT infrastructure and end-user computing environments comply with Midea Global IT architecture, cybersecurity standards, and governance policies.Take overall responsibility for the company's IT infrastructure, including network, Internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, firewalls, cloud services, printers, meeting room equipment, and end-user devices.Provide daily IT helpdesk support for approximately 30 employees, ensuring high service availability and user satisfaction.Coordinate with external IT service providers for hardware maintenance, telecommunications, and infrastructure support when necessary.Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing, hardware lifecycle management, and procurement activities.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, including ERP implementation, application support, and IT project delivery.Solid experience supporting integrated ERP solutions across Finance and Supply Chain functions, with the ability to communicate effectively with Finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into system solutions.Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C), with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.English and Spanish required.Experience working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and After Sales teams.Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS is highly preferred. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise ERP platforms will also be considered.Experience supporting WMS, TMS, or other Supply Chain applications is highly preferred.Understanding of system integrations and data flows (EDI/API).Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, endpoint devices, and local IT infrastructure is preferred.
