Information Technology Quality Assurance Analyst

The IT Quality Analyst will help ensure applications meet business requirements, perform as expected, and support critical operational needs. This is a strong opportunity to build hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and production validation.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data to support application quality.- Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validation activities across multiple testing phases.- Review business requirements and expected results to confirm application functionality.- Identify, document, track, and review system defects through resolution.- Maintain testing documentation, test results, and quality metrics.- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support releases, implementations, and Annual Enrollment Period testing deadlines.
Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.-Minimum 1 year of experience in application testing, IT Quality Assurance, or an approved IT internship.-Foundational knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, and the Software Development Life Cycle.-Experience creating and executing test cases, test scripts, test plans, and test data.-Understanding of SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and requirements validation.-Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, documentation skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits
