Information Technology System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to design, implement, and maintain the Company’s technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, identity management, and security systems.The ideal candidate will serve as a Level 2/3 technical escalation for the IT Support team, manage hybrid on-premise and cloud environments, and ensure system availability, security, and performance while supporting the Company’s NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0 standards.
Key Responsibilities:Administer Windows Server and Linux physical and virtual environments.Manage corporate networks, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud).Administer Azure Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Intune/MDM.Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies and conduct restoration testing.Manage patching, system updates, monitoring, capacity, and infrastructure security.Provide Level 2/3 technical escalation and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and generative AI tools.Maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and procedures.Coordinate with technology vendors and support infrastructure migration and improvement projects.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3–4+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure, or networking.Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, Azure Entra ID, and Intune.Experience with backup/DR, infrastructure monitoring, scripting, and automation.Knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0 and cybersecurity best practices.Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or equivalent are preferred.Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
