National Debt Relief is seeking an IT Administrator II to join its growing Infrastructure team. The role supports systems and network technology across on-premises and cloud environments. The administrator takes ownership of critical infrastructure systems and networks, ensuring high availability, security, and performance, and serves as a technical escalation point while contributing to project delivery, automation initiatives, and process improvements. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in systems and network administration and can balance operational reliability with technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Systems administration: Administer and support Windows Servers across physical and virtual environments.
• Configure and install systems, including hardware, operating systems, software, and services, in alignment with organizational standards.
• Manage Active Directory/Entra, Group Policy, and related identity and security services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Monitor and maintain backups, patch management, antivirus, and application deployment solutions.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate operational and administrative tasks.
• Perform system backups and restores, and monitor capacity and performance.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and operational procedures.
