About the role
One eSecurity is a market-leading specialist in threat detection and digital forensics and incident response (DFIR). The Infrastructure Consultant role focuses on infrastructure and operations.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure and services, including access control, SSH, NFS, SMB and proxy.
- Design and implement service and project architectures, and secure environments.
- Support the operation, monitoring and maintenance of data center infrastructure.
- Manage projects and interact effectively with customers.
- Be willing to work on security incidents.
Requirements
- Professional experience in infrastructure projects, including networking, systems or cloud services.
- Extensive experience with Linux systems (80%) and Windows systems (20%), and administration of Linux, Windows and network services such as DNS and LDAP.
- Experience deploying security infrastructure or general-purpose applications through project-based initiatives.
- Ability to use AI tools to deploy and manage systems, infrastructure and environments.
- Experience with configuration management and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet, and infrastructure as code solutions such as Terraform, OpenTofu or similar is highly valued.
- Extensive networking knowledge, including switching, routing and firewalls.
- Experience consolidating physical environments into virtual environments, deploying cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS, and working with VMware virtualization infrastructures.
- Solid knowledge of hardware, servers, storage and backup.
- Understanding of computer forensics fundamentals, including artifacts and common forensic software, is desirable.
- Scripting skills in Bash, shell scripting and PowerShell.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
