Infrastructure DevOps Team Lead

About the role

PRIMO is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & DevOps Team Lead to lead infrastructure and DevOps operations. The role focuses on the reliability, scalability, and security of the cloud and technology environment. It calls for hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, Linux and Windows administration, CI/CD, and monitoring, along with technical team leadership in dynamic, high-demand environments.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional with experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or SRE, and experience coordinating people, projects, incidents, or on-call rotations. The role involves collaborating across teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and troubleshooting across infrastructure, support, and cloud environments.
• Oversee IT support and infrastructure operations, analyzing systems and assets to identify upgrade and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and support a team of approximately four people, prioritizing and distributing work, developing team members, and serving as a technical reference and mentor.
• Ensure information security compliance across infrastructure, systems, and operational practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support adherence to IT support policies.
• Own incident management, observability, and reliability practices to support rapid diagnosis and resolution of production issues.
• Plan infrastructure decisions in alignment with broader technical and security requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code, such as Terraform, to support scalable infrastructure.

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or SRE.
• At least one year coordinating people, projects, incidents, or on-call rotations.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP; infrastructure as code; containerization; and reliability practices.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows administration, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
