We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support, manage Microsoft 365 services, and ensure the proper operation of the organization's technology infrastructure.Requirements✅ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.✅ 3-5 years of experience in corporate IT support.✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.✅ Experience supporting hardware, software, computers, and mobile devices.✅ Advanced English proficiency.✅ Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
Technical Skills💻 Windows 10/11☁️ Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune🌐 Basic networking and VPN support🖨️ Zebra printers and peripherals🎫 Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
