Full Stack Engineer

Micro Talent, we are a subsidiary company of an American business group called Arroyo Consulting and we are currently looking for Senior Fullstack Developer (React/.Net).

Main Responsibilities

Led the design and implementation efforts for porting a legacy on-premises application
Actively participated in code reviews to enforce coding standards and maintain high- quality code.
Played a pivotal role in making architectural decisions aimed at ensuring system scalability and security.
Applied a proactive approach in identifying and mitigating risks early in the project lifecycle, contributing significantly to overall project success.
Proactively researched and implemented innovative solutions to effectively address complex technical challenges.
Contributed to the professional development of the team by organizing training sessions and facilitating knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Collaborated seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure that development efforts were aligned with overarching business objectives.
Took the initiative to organize workshops and initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation, covering areas such as DDD (Domain-Driven Design), Microservices, Benchmarking, and Front-end development React States, Props, JSX, DOM, Redux.
