The company values professionalism, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to occupational health, safety, and environmental responsibility.Role Description The INGENIERO INDUSTRIAL SST will oversee and improve occupational health and safety processes in Chiller Plant Services SAS, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying risks in operations, conducting safety inspections, and developing preventive and corrective action plans. The role will prepare and update SST (Safety and Health at Work) documentation, coordinate training activities, and promote a culture of safety among all staff. The engineer will collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to integrate safety into work procedures, analyze incidents, and propose improvements to reduce accidents and environmental impacts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bogotá D.C. Metropolitan Area.Qualifications Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with specialization or formal training in Occupational Health and Safety (SST).Knowledge of Colombian occupational safety and health regulations and standards, including risk management and compliance frameworks.Experience in industrial or facilities environments, ideally involving mechanical, HVAC, or chiller systems.Ability to identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and develop practical safety procedures and improvement plans.Strong skills in data analysis, report preparation, and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.Effective communication and training abilities to engage diverse teams and promote safe work practices.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools; intermediate Excel skills are beneficial.Capacity to work on-site, interact with technical teams, and use personal protective equipment as required.Previous experience in SST roles and relevant certifications are a strong advantage.
