About the role
BMA Group Global is seeking an experienced Innovation and Project Execution Lead to drive the commercialization, technical transfer, and execution of new product initiatives in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. The role partners with Operations, Technical, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, R&D, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that meet quality, cost, timing, and manufacturing capability requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional partnerships to support project execution and technical transfers.
- Lead the commercialization and introduction of new products, line extensions, geographic expansions, and other innovation initiatives.
- Manage project and technical risk assessments and ensure robust, cost-effective manufacturing processes.
- Conduct and coordinate Site Impact Assessments (SIA) to evaluate site capabilities, required investments, estimated costs, resources, and timelines for potential product transfers.
- Ensure new and transferred products meet established quality, process capability, design specification, and business acceptance criteria.
- Provide resource management and oversight to Project Managers executing NPI, VE/PPV, line extensions, and complex site projects.
- Develop project plans, secure appropriate resources, monitor execution against timelines, and implement contingency plans when necessary.
- Ensure risk mitigation plans are established and aligned with Site and Regional Quality Councils.
- Establish effective project teams and maintain clear communication with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure project risks and issues are appropriately escalated and communicated throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
