About the role
Latino Legends is hiring a Sales & Leasing Specialist to support a rapidly expanding U.S.-based real estate investment firm that manages residential communities across multiple states. The specialist is the first point of contact for prospective residents. The role focuses on contacting each new lead within one hour and converting interest into scheduled tours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the CRM for new leads across multiple properties.
- Contact each new lead within 60 minutes, primarily by phone, and follow up through additional outreach.
- Make multiple strategic contact attempts until you connect.
- Build rapport through warm, confident phone communication.
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and match them with the right property.
- Address objections professionally and confidently.
- Schedule tours, confirm appointments, and re-engage prospects.
