Position Summary:
To provide quality of service calls in an efficient manner, while keeping the customer’s needs always in focus. An Installer is responsible for an area to service that is assigned to them by their manager. On occasion, an installer may be needed in another area. An installer is responsible for servicing equipment, wiring and terminations to the level of operation that is deemed normal by the equipment design and design specifications. These representatives service electronic equipment after it has been in operation.

Responsibilities:
•Install and program new alarm and security systems
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarms and security systems
•Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions
•Conduct routine preventative maintenance on alarm systems
•Monitor inventory of service parts

Qualifications:
•Experience with High Tech CCTV systems and/or security systems.
•Experience with structured wiring installation/termination.
•Experience with NVR installation and programming for: Alarm.com , Luma
•Experience with Alarm Systems: Qolsys , DSC ,2GIG

Additional Qualifications:
•Good Driving record is mandatory.
•Ability to travel within the State OF Florida , company vehicle provided
•Reliable professional individual with a high customer service orientation, and excellent written and verbal communication skill.
