About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Instructional Designer to partner with the Global Customer Operations Enablement team. In this role, you will collaborate with technical subject matter experts to capture knowledge, curate learning content, and develop enablement assets that help Global Customer Support teams effectively support customers.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys translating technical concepts into engaging learning experiences and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with technical teams to gather and document knowledge.Design, update, and curate technical learning content and enablement materials.Develop engaging learning experiences for Global Customer Support teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with organizational goals.Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standards.Gather feedback and continuously improve learning resources.
Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Solid project management experience.Experience with content curation applications.Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working with technical developer communities.Project and program management experience.Experience with learning development platforms and tools.Strong relationship-building skills with technical audiences.Passion for technology and supporting engineers and developers through effective learning solutions.
