Instructional Designer

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (3-5+ years) in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Communications, or a related discipline.Hands-on experience designing and developing engaging e-learning programs using Articulate Rise.Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Sites.Proven capability to develop visually engaging content using tools such as Adobe Express.Solid understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to convert complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.An inquisitive mindset and enthusiasm for exploring and applying emerging technologies, including familiarity with Google AI tools for learning and enablement.Experience with, or a strong interest in, adaptive learning platforms such as Sana Labs.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.Prior experience in CX (Customer Experience) or customer service enablement is considered an advantage.
