You will play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within a reputable insurance company. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend customized coverage options. Conduct presentations and client meetings to explain insurance products clearly and effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product details to provide accurate guidance. Manage client accounts from onboarding through policy servicing and renewals. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Prepare and present sales activity reports to management regularly. As a valued Insurance Agent/Leader, you will also engage with cross-functional teams such as claims and underwriting to ensure seamless service delivery. Success is measured by meeting sales targets, maintaining high client retention, and achieving excellent customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education or training in sales or finance is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven sales experience, preferably within the insurance sector. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
