The Insurance Coordinator Agent supports day-to-day insurance servicing, client communications, and administrative operations. The role provides responsive support to policyholders, manages insurance requests, coordinates with carriers, and maintains account records. It involves communicating with clients, carrier representatives, and internal agency teams in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests professionally in Spanish and English.
• Process policy endorsements, reinstatements, cancellations, and renewals; issue ACORD forms and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Prepare new business and renewal quotes using carrier portals, rating tools, and agency management systems (AMS/CRM).
• Compile, format, and organize client proposals for internal review, verifying exposure data, limits, and classifications.
• Communicate with carriers to resolve underwriting questions and obtain missing information.
