What We're Looking For Required: Valid Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License. Experience with Homeowners, Commercial, and Auto Insurance policies. Proven track record handling renewals of existing insurance accounts. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Sound judgment and professionalism in all client interactions. Preferred: Previous experience working in a customer service role within the insurance industry.
