We’re looking for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to play a vital role in managing renewals and policy servicing for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities Manage renewals for existing insurance accounts to ensure continuous coverage and client satisfaction. Rewrite policies as necessary to optimize coverage, aligning with client needs and company guidelines. Present coverage options clearly and professionally, demonstrating a thorough understanding of clients’ insurance requirements. Assist clients by answering policy-related questions and resolving concerns promptly to maintain trust and loyalty. Provide excellent customer service that fosters long-term relationships and enhances client retention. Collaborate with team members to streamline renewal processes and improve overall client experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy changes, and renewals in compliance with company standards. What We're Looking For Required: Valid Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License. Experience with Homeowners, Commercial, and Auto Insurance policies. Proven track record handling renewals of existing insurance accounts. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Sound judgment and professionalism in all client interactions. Preferred: Previous experience working in a customer service role within the insurance industry. Familiarity with insurance software and CRM tools. Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
