Insurance Support Specialist

ResponsibilitiesReview insurance applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.Follow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding suspense items.Communicate with agents, carriers, and clients regarding missing documentation.Update policy information and maintain accurate records in the agency management system.Ensure underwriting guidelines and deadlines are met.
QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience working in the industry.Insurance Knowledge is a plus Insurance knowledge is a strong plus.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Based Salary plus bonusesPaid Training
Schedule:Monday – Friday7:00 AM – 4:00 PMWeekends Off
