We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Intake Specialist to support a U.S. law firm by being the first point of contact for clients and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring effective communication throughout the client lifecycle. This is full time 100% English-speaking position, requiring advanced English proficiency, for an individual who excels at clear, concise communication and great people skills.
ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with ongoing cases, proactively addressing inquiries regarding case status, next steps, and required documentation.Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding legal processes, timelines, and expectations without offering legal advice.Document all client interactions, case status updates, and communications accurately and thoroughly in the case management system (CRM).Booking meetings and follow-up calls.Identify urgent client needs or complex questions and efficiently escalate them.
RequirementsProven experience (1+ years) in customer service roles or similar.Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or higher is mandatory).Excellent communications skillsAttention to detail.Problem solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with a Document Management System or CRM.
