Weu2019re looking for a dedicated Intake Specialist to join us in a full-time, remote role that offers excellent career development and advancement opportunities. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about client service, this position offers a chance to contribute directly to streamlining mortgage application processes and supporting business innovation.nnKey Responsibilities include handling initial client inquiries, guiding clients through the intake process, collecting and verifying mortgage documentation, maintaining accurate client data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.nnRequired qualifications include 1-2 years experience in client intake or administrative roles, strong communication skills in American English, proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently remotely.
