We are currently looking for curious, and driven individuals to join our Advisory Team for a 6-month paid internship, February – July 2027 with the possibility of extension into a fulltime role.
What You will DoAs part of our Advisory team, you will work in our project teams supporting high-impact consulting mandates. You will:Conduct market assessments and industry research across sectors such as innovative finance, natural capital, sustainable agriculture, and the green energy transitionSupport in developing ESG and impact strategies and crafting compelling presentations and storylines that drive decisionsContribute to financial analyses and valuation models underpinning innovative transactions and investmentsCollaborate with multi-country teams on projects that sit at the heart of sustainability and private sector development
What we are looking for:You will have completed a degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields (Masters degrees preferred) by the start date of the internshipYou are fluent in English (proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or French is advantageous)You have strong analytical and communication skills and are comfortable working in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelYou are proactive, organised and able to manage multiple task and deadlinesYou thrive in a fast-moving, high-trust environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and care deeply about impactYou work well in a team that values curiosity, courage, and collaborationYou believe in working across borders and disciplines to build systems that last
