This is a direct Publicis Sapient role, embedded within our LATAM Learning & Development team. You will be working hand in hand with our Learning & Talent Development Manager for LATAM, supporting initiatives that shape the way our people learn, grow, and succeed.
This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, with a particular interest in AI, HR, and traning programs creation for organizations.
Your ImpactOrganize training sessions and ensure smooth operations for all programsTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectivenessMonitor attendance and participation in learning initiativesAssist in creating visually engaging materials using design tools like CanvaCollaborate with team members on different L&D projects and regional initiativesSupport the development of content and resources for training programsManage and update databases to keep accurate records of certifications and progress
Your Skills & ExperienceCurrently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or EconomicsMinimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant)Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VlookUpsNo prior professional experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the L&D and HR fieldsCuriosity about AI applications in HR and organizational learningInterest in creating impactful programs that support organizational growth
